Itinerary

The Arrival: Land in Srinagar, where the crisp mountain air instantly sets a slower pace. Your chauffeur will escort you to your hotel.

The Sunset View: As the evening approaches, we ascend to the Shankaracharya Temple. Perched high on a hill, it offers a panoramic view of the entire city and Dal Lake, painted in the soft orange and purple hues of a mountain sunset.

Overnight Srinagar

The Heritage Walk: Spend your morning exploring the soul of old Srinagar on a guided heritage walk. Navigate historic alleyways and old wooden architecture, pausing at a local spot to sip warm Kahwa—the traditional green tea brewed with saffron, almonds, and cardamom.

The Feast: Enjoy an authentic Kashmiri lunch, introducing your palate to the rich flavors of the region.

The Pashmina Story: At 3:00 PM, join an exclusive Cashmere Pashmina Craft Tour. Watch master weavers transform raw wool into exquisite, hand-embroidered shawls, witnessing a heritage skill passed down through generations.

Overnight Srinagar

The Glacial Valley: Drive toward Sonmarg, the "Meadow of Gold." The landscape shifts to dramatic, snow-dusted peaks and rushing streams.

The Mountain Passes: Visit the unique red waters of the Nilagrad River. Depending on road and weather conditions, explore the towering Zoji La Pass, the dramatic Zero Point, or take a pony ride up to the majestic Thajiwas Glacier.

The Riverside Noon: Take time to simply sit beside the river, breathe the crisp mountain air, and absorb the grandeur of the Himalayas. Return to Srinagar for the night.

Overnight Srinagar

The Silent Stone: Check out and drive toward Pahalgam. En route, we step back in time at the 9th-century Awantipora Ruins and the striking, wind-worn Martand Sun Temple, whose weathered stones still speak of Kashmir's ancient past.

The Pine Sanctuary: Arrive in Pahalgam (The Valley of Shepherds) by afternoon and check into your hotel, surrounded by dense pine forests and the sound of the Lidder River.

Overnight Pahalgam

The Triad of Valleys: Dedicate your day to the pristine wilderness surrounding Pahalgam. Travel through the lush meadows of Aru Valley, where shepherd trails disappear into the mountains. Continue to Betaab Valley (named after the famous Bollywood film), famous for its emerald landscapes and crystal-clear streams, before reaching Chandanwari, where glaciers, pine forests, and rushing waters create an unforgettable Himalayan setting.

Overnight Pahalgam

The Floating Sanctuary: Drive back to Srinagar and check into a beautifully carved, cedarwood houseboat on Dal Lake.

The Water Highways: In the late afternoon, board a wooden Shikara for a gentle boat ride, drifting past floating lotus gardens and under old bridges.

The Dawn Marketplace: Keep your eyes open as the evening fades into early morning. You will witness the iconic floating vegetable market, where local vendors in traditional woolen pherans gather on their boats, trading produce in a quiet, rhythmic dawn ritual that has remained unchanged for centuries.

Overnight Houseboat

The Departure: Wake to the gentle sounds of life on the lake and enjoy a relaxed breakfast overlooking the water. After check-out, your private driver will transfer you to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey.

As the valley disappears beneath the clouds, what remains are memories of mountain silence, warm cups of Kahwa, ancient stories, and the timeless beauty of Kashmir.

You leave behind a landscape painted in mist and snow, carrying home a trunk full of memories and the beautiful, undeniable certainty that the road back to India is already waiting for you.
